Q: What blend of shirts do you print on?
A: Our super soft tees are a triblend of 50% polyester, 25% combed and ring-spun cotton, and 25% rayon. Side seamed, retail fit, unisex sizing. They are a “no sweatshops” brand and also eco-friendly. Yay!
Q: How should I wash/dry your products?
A: With care. Here’s a step by step to ensure a long lasting product:
1) Turn the shirt inside out, to protect the design and prevent fading.
2) Always use cold water. (Super clean, super gentle.)
3) Use a mild detergent. Stay away from bleach.
4) High heat is printed apparel’s worst enemy. Air dry all the way! Or dry for a short time, then hang to finish drying.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: The brand of tees we use are made in the USA. We also print here, too.
Q: What currency does your site use?
A: All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, check, or money orders.
Q: Is my payment secure?
A: 100%. We don’t store any personal information. Our platform complies with the highest level of Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
Q: When will my card be charged?
A: Your card will be charged immediately after placing your order. Once payment comes through on our end, you will receive a confirmation email.
Q: What is the sales tax used for your products?
A: Since we operate in Scottsdale, Arizona, we use our sales tax (7.95%).
Q: I placed an order but never received a confirmation email.
A: If you didn’t receive confirmation and the money was not taken from your account, your card most likely declined. If the funds did come out of your account, please contact us at email@example.com.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link to see updates on where your package is. If there isn’t any information, it’s probably because it just shipped. If there still isn’t any information after 24 hours, please contact us.
Q: I haven’t received my order and it’s been more than two days.
A: First things first, check your order status and make sure it shipped to the correct address. If so, check the tracking number we sent in your “shipping confirmation” email. If your tracking number has not updated in several days or says your package delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact your local FedEx and see if they are holding the order. If none of the above works, please contact us via email.
Q: Does 40 Man Merch offer free shipping?
A: YES. In fact, that is the only option we offer. Lucky you!
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We use express 2-day shipping for all of our orders. Start looking out the window!
Q: Will my package be in my mailbox or at my door?
A: No need to find that mail key. We ship via FedEx, so your package will arrive to your door.
Q: How do I return a wrong/defected order?
A: If we sent you an item you didn’t order, or a defected item, we are so sorry! In this case, please email us directly and we will send out a replacement(s) right away!
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: If you are unhappy with your order, no worries! You have 14 days after delivery to send it back. We are unable to process exchanges via mail. If you love the product but chose the wrong size, simply return and reorder.
Q: How do I return my order?
A: Not a fan? No problem. Returns are free and easy. Love your merch, not the size? Simply return and reorder, as we cannot process exchanges by mail. To be eligible for a return, apparel must be in the same condition that you received it; unwashed and unworn.
For your convenience, we have included a pre-paid return label in each order. Simply open the purple slip on the bag and replace the original shipping document with the return document and drop off at your local FedEx. If the bag is unusable from the uncontrollable excitement of opening your merch, new bags are free at FedEx. Easy enough, right?
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your package and an email will be sent when the refund has been issued.
Q: Is there a restocking/handling fee for returns?
A: No. We do not request any personal payment for returns.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Your refund will be put back on your original form of payment. Card refunds usually take a few business days to show up, but can take up to 30 days depending on your card company. If you paid through PayPal, it usually takes 3-5 business days.
Q: Does 40 Man Merch ship to outside countries?
A: Since we are brand new, as of now, no.
Q: Can you buy gift cards to your site?
A: As of now, no. But soon!
